On August 4, Beijing Guohua Technology Corporation (BGT) formally signed a Chinese Foreign Cooperation Joint Venture Agreement with Don Valley Engineering Ltd. (DVE) from UK and Beijing ZFK Environment Technology Development Co., Ltd to manufacture high end screen and centrifuges. This signing will launch the procedure of government approval application and business registration of “Beijing Don Valley Technology Corporation”, which will expected to formally established by the end of 2011.
The negotiation with DVE lasts more than one year after going through two times of informal consultation and four times of formal negotiations. The joint venture aims to introduce technology and brand from DVE, who has more than 70 experiences in manufacturing large capacity high-efficiency screen and centrifuges for coal preparation industry and therefore to implement the strategy of manufacturing and selling of high-end screens and centrifuges for Beijing Guohua Technology Corporation.
