 Characteristics
The SDMC-Series Fine Coal Slurry HM Cyclones have the following characteristics:
♦ Highlyeffective HM-washing of coal slimes down to 0.1~0.074mm (e.g. Ep = 0.08 kg/L for the 0.5~0.074mm fraction) – Referring to the Ep diagram, you can see that the separation efficiency using the SDMC HM Cyclones is significantly better than that using theconventional devices (Spirals or TBS). 
♦ Significant reduction in capital investment by eliminating a Fine HM Recovery System - The heavy medium suspension drained from its previous 3-Product HM Cyclone’soverflow, which contains fine magnetite powders, is used as the medium suspension.
♦ Effectiveremoval of fine-sized pyrite (FeS2).
